My floor featured a balcony—a lovely bonus that was perfect for enjoying my coffee in peace. Though the hotel sits right on the main street downtown, it remained surprisingly quiet, providing a comfortable retreat from the hustle and bustle. The property was spotless, well-maintained, and clearly well-cared-for, making my stay even more pleasant. If you’re seeking a cozy, convenient spot with an exceptional breakfast, the Best Western-Harker Heights in Killeen, Texas, is an excellent pick!

Read a lot of other Harker Heights/Killeen hotel reviews before deciding to stay at this Best Western and it was worth the effort to find the perfect place for a 3 night stay! The staff there was pleasant, the entire hotel was spotless, the beds and pillow very comfortable for those that prefer a softer mattress and pillow, there was a lot of storage space, nice fridge, microwave and coffeemaker, the breakfast buffet was substantial and excellent, it was very quiet in our room considering the nearby roads and stores/restaurants, it was easy to get wherever we needed to go, AC worked perfectly, WiFi was excellent but needed to log in each time we returned to the room... not really a problem. Enjoyed our stay!

The breakfast hospitality staff kept everything clean and stocked. I was very impressed with the staff and we will stay there again. The person at the TESLA charge was not a customer. I wanted to make you aware. Im not sure who pays for charging a car.

The staff was excellent. The night attendant (Jessica)was great. She secure my furniture and and give some plastic to help cover it because of the rain. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was good. Overall it was one of the best hotels I've have visited.
